This report examines how Vietnam's climate change adaptation strategies can strengthen Haiti's resilience against hydro-climatic hazards. Based on literature review, expert interviews in Vietnam, and a participatory workshop with Haitian stakeholders, it identifies Vietnam's success factors in governance, technical solutions and funding mobilisation. It highlights Haiti's challenges, including political instability and limited institutional coordination and proposes a roadmap of short, medium, and long-term actions across five stakeholder groups and four priority sectors (agriculture, water management, urban planning, and education) to build sustainable climate resilience and manage environmental risks effectively.
