My research explores waiting in humanitarian settings. I study four humanitarian programs in Co-lombia and Uganda: waiting for care (program for survivors of sexual violence), waiting for cash (cash and voucher assistance program), waiting for loved ones (missing persons program), and waiting for land (demining program).
