Abstract

This PhD thesis research investigates how peasant women's movements in Brazil engage transnationally with other social and feminist movements to negotiate political voice for peasants in global food governance, in the Committee on World Food Security. The objective is to understand how these movements in Brazil gain relevance in mobilization transnationally.
