Our paper aims to study gender gap among migrant workers in 16 European countries over 1999-2018 by looking at the difference in labor-market outcomes between natives and migrants by period and country. The results show that in most countries female migrants assimilate to the labor market more rapidly but the assimilation pattern varies across countries.
