Abstract
The report examines how to enhance the promotion of the UN's SDG Impact Standards among Small Growing Businesses (SGBs) in Africa. Highlighting the role of African SMEs in socio-economic development and their challenges in accessing financial capital, it advocates for a private-sector-led impact revolution that integrates social impact with financial gain. The study uses stakeholder interviews to understand the needs and constraints of SGBs and provides recommendations for optimizing the marketing, deployment, and funding of SDG Impact Standards to foster sustainable development in Africa.
