This report refines the impact evaluation framework for the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi). It highlights DNDi's global health contributions and identifies gaps in long-term assessment and impact indicators. Recommendations include aligning the framework with DNDi’s theory of change, adding new key performance indicators (KPIs), and improving data collection. The proposed framework encompasses mission-level, strategic objective, and operational KPIs to better demonstrate DNDi's impact, enhance funding acquisition, and support policy advocacy.
