The regulatory landscape addressing corporate ESG behaviour is experiencing a turbulent process of legalization. This project focuses on how this process is taking place through domestic legislation and the significant uncertainty that it is generating. Normative lacunas are emerging on how to operationalize the emerging ESG regulations. Against this backdrop, this project will address ESG lawÂŽs uncertainty from a static and dynamic perspective.
