Abstract

The thesis seeks to examine the conceptualisation of time in international law. Precisely, it aims to unearth and analyse the varying attitudes towards time by international legal professionals when it comes to different projects of international law. Investigating how and why time is crafted in any particular manner, and by whom, enables us to better understand the concept of time and deal with temporal issues in international legal discourse.
