The thesis will focus on this issue by empirical research on the effectiveness of different types of interim measures before various international courts and tribunals. It will build a database of case laws from different fora and draw the conclusion by examining, comparing, and analyzing data. It will also try to give suggestions concerning the future reform of this mechanism.
