Abstract

This study starts with introducing the basic elements of the international judicial ecology, and then it defines three components of competition: actors, resources, and strategies. The second part of this study focuses on inter-institutional competition in four issue-ecologies: the human rights judicial ecology, the investor-state arbitration ecology, the law of the sea judicial ecology and the environmental law judicial ecology.
