This paper investigates the adoption of a particular trade facilitation initiative on trade: the Brazilian electronic single window and its new export policy. I implement a staggered difference-in-differences approach, comparing the extent to which exports of ports included in the single window at different points in time were differently affected. The paper's preliminary results suggest that the single window's export policy promoted an increase in exports across the policy's different waves.
