Abstract
The document provides the description of chapter one of my doctoral dissertation, where I explore the question of Macro-Financial Policy with Regulatory Arbitrage. Namely, using the open economy non-linear dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model, I analyse whether monetary policy should be used to stabilize financial conditions when a significant part of the agents in the economy is outside of the macroprudential regulatory perimeter.
