"The project looks at the relationship between Israel settler-colonial context and the re-shaping of sectarianism within the Palestinian citizens of Israel. By addressing the intersection between identity and space producing, through both the macro and micro levels. The research would address the questions by conducting critical ethnographic research in Shefa-'Amr town, tracing the role at three levels: state, people's perception and daily practices; and finally, the local political elite."
