The PTD contains two chapters and a bibliography. The first chapter deals with the terminology, research problems, objective of the study, the methodology and structure of the overall study. The second chapter contains one of the substantive chapters of the study. It is entitled 'the prevention of persons from going missing under international law and the case of missing migrants.' The PTD is in total around 40,000 words including Bibliography.
