Abstract
The Covid-19 crisis is unfolding against a background of growing populism and anti-internationalism around the world. This environment poses challenges for international organisations, most visibly with the Trump Administration’s decision to end cooperation with the WHO. In the longer term, the pandemic is likely to lead to significant changes in global governance structures.
