This paper departs from standard approaches for investigating average treatment effect of RTAs, focusing on provisions for 94 agreements and allowing for model uncertainty. Empirical evidence suggests that the most important provisions for total exports concern tariff liberalization for agricultural and industrial goods, customs, export taxes, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, state-owned enterprises, public procurement, and trips.
