The present MPT research analyses social movement mobilization in the Moroccan city of Bouarfa. The MPT adopts the following hypothesis:Bouarfa's mobilization over water right is inserted within different associations and social actors to convey social change and possible political transformation. The study will examine the movement's nature, its mobilization, and any potential identity shift by adopting the Resource Mobilization Theory and identity politics.
