The disseration introduces a comprehensive mapping exercise, an examination of influences and an economic analysis of the concept of Level Playing Field in International Economic Law. It further assesses the interaction of International Economic Law and Level Playing Field with a view of providing a renewed interpretive glimpse in international economic law norms as well as reform proposals.
