Abstract: "I have renamed my proposed thesis "The Human Right to Life of Civilians and Combatants - The Legitimacy and Effectiveness of Co-applying International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law in the Use of Force against Individuals in Armed Conflicts" and offer as my MPT the draft introduction and the first four sections of the first chapter. The draft introduction outlines the scope of the proposed thesis as of today and will likely be completely re-written.
